Terms and conditions

The terms and conditions described below have been elaborated in accordance with the current e-commerce regulation in Chile. Thus, any transaction carried out within this website will be governed by this regulation.

Payment methods

 

Online purchases can be made via Mercado Pago, which accepts credit and debit cards, or PayPal. Once the payment is confirmed, I will proceed to coordinate the delivery.

 

I also accept wire transfers, in which case the customer must previously send an email indicating the chosen artwork and its respective options, as well as the customer's name, phone number and shipping address. Then, I will send the wire  transfer details and, once the transfer has been made, the order will be confirmed.

 

For local regions, the price can be paid via Mercado Pago or PayPal as well, although the freight charge for the delivery of the artwork must be paid via wire transfer.

Delivery and installation

 

Delivery is free of charge within the city of Santiago de Chile and with variable cost for local regions, depending on the location and the special features of the artwork.

 

If the artwork requires framing, the estimated time is 2 to 3 weeks. On the other hand, if the piece is already framed or does not need it, delivery will be made as soon as possible. For local regions, delivery time is variable depending on each case. Anyways, I will contact the customer via WhatsApp or phone call to coordinate the delivery as soon as possible.

 

Any delays caused by the absence of the customer at the time of delivery or by erroneous address information will not be my responsability and the customer will have to collect the work personally or pay for a new delivery.

As for the installation service, I will be held responsible for any damages caused by the installation process. In such case, the customer will be given the choice of repairment or replacement of the product, or a refund of the price.

Returns

 

The most important thing for me is that the customer is pleased with the newly acquired artwork. So, in case of disconformity with the product acquired, I offer a term of 15 days, effective as of the delivery date, to return the product with a refund of the price (which does not include the delivery charge) or change it for another piece of equal price. The refund or change will only be made once I verify that the product returned or changed is in perfect conditions.

 

In the event that the artwork has already been delivered and/or installed, it may still be returned or changed, although the costs of delivery and installation will not be refunded. In addition, it will be the customer's responsability to uninstall and/or return the work in perfect conditions back to the studio, or at least cover the expenses to do so.

 

If the artwork presents damages related to its own production or framing, I will personally check and offer the possibility to fix, change or replace it, or refund the price. This guarantee will be held for 3 months as of the delivery date.

 

If the damages presented were caused by external factors, such as accidents, improper installation made by third parties or the customer, excessive exposure to adverse conditions, etc., the exchange or return will not be possible. In any case, if there is a chance to repair it, I will do my best to help as long as the customer covers any additional expenses incurred to do so.
